​​​I started exploring the seashore when I was 3-years old. How could I escape from it if I grew up listening the waves breaking on the rocks? Currently, my research focuses on the unexplored role of upwelling areas as refugia from climate warming. I am investigating spatial and temporal distributional shifts of intertidal rocky shores species along the Moroccan and Western Sahara coasts.
